A Short History

We know that finding a local mechanic you can trust is hard. We also know that it is hard to find an auto repair shop that you can rely on for a multitude of repairs and customizations. Over 10+ years ago, we recognized the demand in South Knoxville for a one-stop quality auto repair shop and opened the doors to One Touch Auto Repair.

In 2012, we relocated One Touch Auto Repair to a 7,000 square-foot facility with all state-of-the-art equipment to service all makes and models of cars, trucks, and motorcycles. We do everything from repair, maintenance, tires, collision repair, body, and customization. We employee ASE certified mechanics, so you can rest assured that our mechanics are well-trained professionals.


We offer a 24-months/24,000-mile nationwide warranty to back our repairs.
